How can I ask for a quote?
You just need to send an email to: sales@medhiartis.com or marketing@medhiartis.com, indicating the language pair(s) required and attaching the file to translate.
In what format should I send the files for translation?
The files must be in their original format. We are able to process various programs and formats, from the most commonly used, such as Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Power Point, to graphic formats (Adobe Indesign, Page Maker, FrameMaker, etc.), as well as technical files (XML, DWG and DXF).
How can I send files for review or translation?
Via email or ftp.
What should I do if the file is too large to be sent via email?
If the file is too large, please contact us so that we can create a dedicated ftp space on our server.

The glossary can be created using:
• Reference material provided by the client

A translation memory (TM) is basically a database that contains translations that can can be used to recover parts of text repeated in one or more files or manuals.

How much does an interpreting job cost?
It depends on the type of interpreting required (simultaneous, consecutive, liaison and whispered), on the number of speakers, duration in hours/days for the service, use of specific equipment (booths, headphones, microphones).
How are additions or corrections dealt with?
Grammatical corrections to be implemented after delivery of the job are carried out free of charge. Changes or additions communicated after acceptance of the quote or delivery of the job will be estimated on work done basis.
Are documents handled with confidentiality?
Clients’ personal data and the information contained in the texts are handled as strictly confidential. On request, a non-disclosure agreement for the handling of sensitive data can be signed.
